Job Description

Channel Sales Director

Location: Shanghai

The role: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Channel Sales Director develops and leads reseller channel network and drives reseller channel sales growth to achieve or over-achieve channel sales target.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and form reseller channel sales strategies together with Tebis management
  • Lead, support and co-ordinate reseller channel sales, with client registration/protection scheme
  • Identify, evaluate and appoint new resellers throughout China
  • Interact and visit resellers on regular basis to identify sales opportunities, review sales cases, and conduct annual business planning, etc.
  • Support reseller sales with but not limited to customer visits, technical/commercial presentations, project proposals, etc.
  • Liaison with resellers to allocate Tebis resources to support reseller sales, marketing and technical activities
  • Report regularly with accurate reseller channel sales forecasts as well as feedback of reseller and client technical and commercial requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above full time education in engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering
  • English CET-4 or above
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry, preferably CNC machining, CAD/CAM, etc.
  • 10+ years technical sales experience with track record of outstanding performance, preferably in CAD/CAM or similar software sales, machine tool or tooling sales
  • 3+ years channel sales management experience, with track record of outstanding performance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and management skills, etc.
  • Excellent team leader as well as team player with great moral and integrity
